Double-layer perforated galvanized anti-static inner and outer support cages, resistant to pressure fluctuation and corrosion; filter media will not collapse under full-load long-running conditions. Anti-static design eliminates static ignition hazards in oil mist environments.
Standard 300mm multi-hole flange with mounting holes fully consistent with original oil tank. Matched high-temperature nitrile O-ring maintains stable sealing under drastic day-night temperature changes, preventing oil bypass and excessive residual oil in compressed air.
