Oil Filters

The SH8112 is a spin-on oil filter designed as a replacement part for industrial rotary screw air compressors. It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media to remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and contaminants from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities  to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Valves:​ Equipped with a non-return  valve to prevent oil drain-back and a bypass valveto ensure continuous oil flow if the filter is clogged.

Flow  Pressure:​ Supports a nominal flow rate of 40 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 14 bar.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 operating hours.
