Oil Filters

The 1635686700 is a spin-on oil filter designed as a replacement part for Atlas Copco​ rotary screw air compressors. It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media  to remove contaminants from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, carbon residues, and impurities  to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Check Valve:​ Prevents the return of lubricating oil from the filter during shutdown, ensuring quick lubrication establishment upon the next startup.

Bypass Valve:​ Automatically opens when the filter element is clogged (pressure difference exceeds 0.2–0.3 MPa), allowing unfiltered lubricating oil to pass through temporarily to prevent the machine from running dry due to lack of oil.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 to 4,000 operating hours​ depending on ambient conditions and oil quality.
