High-density imported cellulose filter paper with deep folding structure, effectively intercept metal wear debris, pipeline rust, sand and other solid impurities in compressor circulating lubricating oil. Protects the compressor rotor bearing, host screw pair and precision hydraulic parts from abrasive wear, extends main engine service life.

Heavy-duty all-steel spin-on shell

Thick cold-rolled steel tank with anti-rust epoxy coating on inner & outer surfaces, resistant to high-temperature compressor oil corrosion. Built-in anti-backflow check valve inside the core; when the compressor shuts down, it prevents oil backflow to the oil tank, avoiding dry start wear of the host. Built-in bypass pressure relief valve: if filter blockage causes excessive pressure difference, the bypass opens automatically to ensure uninterrupted oil supply to the main unit.

Stable low-pressure-drop energy-saving design

Uniform deep pleating expands effective filtration area, maintaining low flow resistance during long-term operation. Avoids excessive oil circuit pressure loss that increases compressor motor load and power consumption, stable filtering performance throughout the whole service cycle.
