Main Features

High-precision composite filter media

Adopts imported glass fiber composite filter paper, effectively intercept metal particles, carbon deposits and oil sludge in compressor lubricant oil. Filtration precision reaches 5μm, fully protect compressor rotor, bearings and precision host parts from abrasion damage.

High temperature & pressure resistant structure

Integrated reinforced plastic end cap + built-in metal inner support tube, prevent filter medium collapse under long-term oil pressure impact. High temperature resistant nitrile rubber sealing ring achieves full leak-free sealing, stable continuous operation under 120°C high oil temperature and 16bar working pressure.

Low flow resistance & long service life

Large folded filter area brings low initial pressure drop, will not increase compressor oil circuit load and power consumption. Standard service cycle is 4000 running hours; replace when differential pressure exceeds 0.06MPa.

Main Applications

Widely matched with medium-sized industrial screw compressors used in machinery processing, paint spraying, electronic assembly, textile, food and pharmaceutical factories.
