High precision filter material

Adopts multi-layer composite glass fiber filter paper, 5μm filtration precision, effectively intercept metal scraps, carbon deposits and sludge in compressor lubricating oil, avoid abrasion of rotors and bearings.

High temperature and pressure resistant structure

Built-in metal support pipe to prevent filter medium deformation. High-temperature resistant nitrile rubber sealing ring eliminates oil leakage, stably operates at oil temperature up to 120°C, max working pressure 16 bar.

Low flow resistance & long service cycle

Large folded area brings low initial pressure drop without increasing unit power consumption. Standard service life 4000 running hours; replace when pressure difference exceeds 0.06 MPa.

Main Applications

Widely applied in machinery processing, spraying, electronics, textile, food and pharmaceutical factories.

Core function: Clean circulating lubricant oil, remove solid impurities, reduce wear of compressor core parts and extend the service life of host and air-oil separator.
