Gradient composite glass fiber coalescing media
Multi-layer hydrophobic & oleophobic glass fiber structure with large oil holding capacity. Separates oil-gas mixture inside compressor tank, aggregates tiny oil mist into liquid oil and flows back to oil sump by gravity. Greatly reduces oil carryover rate of compressed air and extends service life of post pipeline precision filters.
Heavy-duty fully sealed metal spin-on shell
Thick cold rolled steel tank with anti-rust epoxy coating on inner and outer surfaces. Integral high temperature resistant fluorine rubber sealing ring, no air bypass or oil leakage under long-term high temperature & pressure operation. Internal metal support cage prevents filter media deformation and collapse under high-speed airflow impact.
Low stable differential pressure design
Optimized deep pleated layout maximizes effective separation area, maintains low flow resistance during full service cycle. Avoids excessive pressure loss leading to increased motor power consumption, consistent separation efficiency from start to replacement.
