Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media to remove abrasive particles, metal shavings, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system and protecting the airend/host rotor.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block, helping to control discharge temperatures and extend the life of the lubricant.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working pressures of 1.4–2.5 MPa  and operating temperatures up to 100°C–120°C. Initial pressure differential is less than 0.02 MPa.

Bypass Valve:​ Integrated bypass valve ensures continuous oil flow to the system if the filter media becomes clogged or during cold starts, preventing oil starvation.
