Oil Filters

The OL00940  is a spin-on oil filter designed as a replacement part for industrial rotary screw air compressors. It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration mediato remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working pressures up to 21 bar–25 bar and operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C 

Bypass Valve:​ Integrated bypass valve ensures oil flow to the system even if the filter media becomes clogged, preventing oil starvation during cold starts or high differential pressure conditions.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 operating hours​ depending on ambient conditions and oil quality.
