Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media to remove abrasive particles, metal shavings, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system and protecting the airend/host rotor .

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend .

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block, helping to control discharge temperatures and extend the life of the lubricant and downstream components .

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working pressures up to 0.7 MPa–2.5 MPa and operating temperatures ranging from -10°C to 100°C–120°C .

Bypass Valve:​ Integrated bypass valve ensures continuous oil flow to the system if the filter media becomes clogged or during cold starts, preventing oil starvation .

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 operating hours​
