Main Features
Multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media
Deep gradient depth filtration structure, efficiently intercept pipeline rust, sand dust, solid impurities and bulk liquid water droplets in raw compressed air. Outer polyester protective layer with hydrophobic coating quickly drains condensate and prevents secondary water mist re-entrainment. High dirt holding capacity delays clogging and extends service cycle.
All stainless steel reinforced & fully sealed structure
Double inner & outer perforated stainless steel support mesh locks filter media tightly against long-term airflow vibration deformation. Integral stainless steel threaded end cap with built-in FKM/EPDM dual sealing rings, completely eliminate air bypass leakage, oil and chemical corrosion resistant.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Uniform deep pleated layout maximizes effective filtration area, maintains ultra-low initial pressure loss, reduces continuous power consumption of air compressors and long-term operating costs, fully compliant with ISO 8573-1 compressed air purity standards.

System configuration: First-stage pre-filter of small-flow compressed air purification system, installed upstream of FF/MF/SMF precision coalescing filters to reduce pollutant load of downstream high-precision filter elements.
