Main Features
Hydrophobic ultra-fine glass fiber filter media
Adopts imported borosilicate micro glass fiber as core filter material with strong hydrophobic performance. It efficiently captures micro oil mist, water aerosols and fine solid particles. The outer hydrophobic foam sleeve isolates condensed liquid to avoid secondary atomization and re-entrainment into airflow, realizing high-efficiency oil & water removal.
Reinforced anti-deformation & fully sealed structure
Double-layer stainless steel inner and outer support mesh prevents filter medium collapse under continuous airflow impact. Integrated black plastic snap-in end caps with built-in EPDM sealing ring eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage completely, stable under long-term alternating airflow loads.
Low pressure drop & high dirt holding capacity
Deep uniform pleated design expands effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial pressure drop, cutting long-term air compressor power consumption. Large dirt storage space delays clogging and extends service cycle. The filter material resists acid, oil and chemical corrosion for stable performance.
