Main Features
Multi-layer gradient glass fiber depth filter media
High-efficiency 1μm particulate filter material, designed to intercept solid dust, pipeline rust, scale and large liquid water droplets in raw compressed air. Dry particle removal efficiency reaches 99.97%, effectively blocking coarse contaminants before precision filtration. The hydrophobic base layer separates bulk condensate and avoids secondary water mist atomization.
Reinforced anti-deformation fully sealed cartridge structure
Double-layer stainless steel perforated inner & outer support mesh stabilizes filter media against continuous airflow vibration and impact. Integrated epoxy-sealed plastic end caps with dual EPDM O-rings eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage completely. Stable operating range: 1°C ~ 80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.
Low pressure drop & long service cycle
Optimized deep pleated layout maximizes effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial differential pressure, cutting long-term compressor power consumption. Standard service life: 3000–6000 working hours; replace the element when differential pressure rises to 0.05MPa.
