UltraPleat graded hydrophobic borosilicate micro glass fiber media

Multi-layer deep pleated composite fiber with exclusive oleophobic-hydrophobic coating and external drainage foam layer. After primary filtration by PE05/20, it efficiently traps fine pipeline rust, dust, suspended water mist and medium-sized atomized oil droplets. Condensed oil and water flow downwards by gravity to eliminate secondary liquid mist re-entrainment into airflow. 

Dual 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge

Inner & outer perforated stainless steel support sleeves tightly lock filter media to avoid deformation, collapse and airflow channeling under continuous airflow impact. Integrated aluminum alloy threaded end caps with integral NBR nitrile sealing ring eliminate air bypass leakage completely, with reliable resistance to compressor lubricant and condensed water corrosion.

Low pressure drop energy-saving radial flow design

Uniform dense deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area to sustain ultra-low initial pressure loss during long continuous operation, lowering air compressor power consumption and factory overall air supply costs. Optimized inside-out airflow prevents airflow turbulence and rapid pressure build-up after thousands of running hours.
