Three-dimensional deep-pleated borosilicate fiber captures ultra-fine oil and water aerosol suspended in compressed air. Tiny droplets collide, aggregate into large liquid drops and flow down to the drain valve by gravity. Effectively purify compressed air quality and protect downstream activated carbon filter elements.

Stainless steel reinforced anti-collapse structure

Inner and outer stainless steel protective cage firmly supports filter media, preventing pleat deformation and airflow bypass under high flow velocity. Maintains low and stable differential pressure throughout the whole service cycle to reduce air compressor energy consumption.

Anti-corrosion and long-service design

Aluminum end caps and stainless steel cage resist moisture and weak chemical corrosion. Stable performance under continuous operation in humid industrial workshops. Disposable design; cleaning and repeated reuse are strictly prohibited after saturation.
