Three-dimensional deep-pleated borosilicate microfiber with dual hydrophobic & oleophobic coating efficiently intercepts pipeline rust, metal debris, bulk condensed water and medium oil mist from raw compressed air. Captured liquid oil and water flows downwards by gravity through the outer drainage foam sleeve to avoid secondary mist re-entrainment, significantly reducing contamination load for downstream AA high-efficiency and ACS carbon filters and extending their service life.
Reinforced anti-deformation metal protective structure
Dual inner & outer galvanized steel mesh fully wraps filter media, preventing media collapse and airflow bypass under long-term continuous medium-high flow compressed air. Buckle-type plastic end caps realize tool-free quick disassembly, maintaining stable sealing performance under fluctuating industrial temperature and pressure.
