High-capacity hydrophobic particle filtration media

Multi-layer gradient fiber structure effectively intercepts coarse solid dust, rust debris and bulk liquid water from compressed air. Hydrophobic property prevents water saturation of filter media, greatly reduces contamination load for downstream coalescing and high-efficiency filters, and extends service life of subsequent precision filter elements.

Reinforced anti-deformation support structure

Inner and outer protective cage firmly locks filter media, prevents pleat collapse and airflow bypass under continuous airflow. Optimized pleating layout ensures uniform air distribution and low stable differential pressure.

Energy-saving low pressure drop design

Maintain low airflow resistance during the whole service cycle, avoid excessive pressure loss which increases air compressor power consumption, reduce long-term factory operating electricity cost.
