Front 0.01μm borosilicate microfiber pre-layer intercepts residual micro oil mist and fine solid particles, preventing liquid contaminants from soaking carbon bed and shortening adsorption cycle. High-specific-area activated carbon core fully adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, volatile organics and unpleasant odors which coalescing filters cannot remove.
Anti-corrosion fully sealed reinforced cartridge
316 stainless steel inner support tube + perforated stainless steel outer protective mesh; glass-filled nylon twist-lock end caps integrated with NBR nitrile sealing gasket. Internal epoxy anti-rust coating delivers stable corrosion resistance against compressor condensate and diluted lubricating oil, zero air bypass leakage after installation.
Low pressure drop energy-saving radial flow design
Uniform carbon cloth wrapping and evenly distributed pleated pre-filter maximize effective adsorption area, maintaining ultra-low initial differential pressure (70 mbar dry) during long-term continuous operation, reducing air compressor power consumption and factory overall air supply costs.
