5-layer composite hydrophobic glass fiber filter media
Consists of inner & outer non-woven protective layers, double-layer high-precision hydrophobic glass fiber and supporting mesh, equipped with foamed hydrophobic drainage layer. Condensed oil and liquid water flow down by gravity to avoid secondary mist re-entrainment.
Double-layer 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support mesh firmly fixes filter media to prevent deformation, collapse and air bypass under high-pressure airflow. Integrated injection-molded reinforced plastic end caps with one-piece NBR sealing gasket eliminate air leakage completely, with excellent resistance to compressor oil and condensate corrosion.
Low pressure drop energy-saving deep pleat structure
Uniform deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area with ultra-low initial differential pressure.
