Two-in-one composite hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media
Combines coarse pre-filtration and micro oil mist coalescing in a single cartridge. The front 0.3μm layer intercepts pipeline rust, coarse dust and large water droplets; the rear 0.01μm ultra-fine fiber traps suspended water mist and trace atomized oil aerosol. Condensed oil and water flow downward to the filter bowl by gravity to prevent secondary mist re-entrainment, fully compliant with industrial compressed air purification standards. Simplifies pipeline layout and saves installation space compared to separate pre-filter + micro mist filter combination.
Compact all-aluminum fully sealed reinforced cartridge
Integrated die-cast aluminum upper and lower end caps with integrated NBR sealing ring, eliminating air bypass leakage. Internal perforated metal support frame firmly locks filter media, resisting deformation and airflow short-circuit under long-term stable airflow, with excellent anti-corrosion performance against condensate and diluted compressor lubricant.
