Working Principle
Raw compressed air pre-treated by PF coarse filter & AO medium filter flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber media.
Coarse liquid water droplets and large solid dust are trapped by the outer pre-layer and drain downwards to the filter bowl via gravity.
Invisible 0.01μm ultra-fine oil aerosols collide with glass fiber filaments, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage, blocked by anti re-entrainment barrier.
Ultra-clean Class 1 compressed air flows downstream to ACS activated carbon filter for final oil vapor and odor adsorption.
Filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated; full element replacement is required once saturated by oil sludge and dust contaminants.
