Working Principle
Ultra-clean compressed air pre-treated by FE100-A coalescing filter flows from inside to outside through glass fiber pre-layer.
Trace residual liquid oil droplets and micro solid dust are captured by the outer coalescing media and drain down to the filter bowl via gravity.
Liquid-free clean air enters the activated carbon core; oil vapor, hydrocarbon gas and oily odor molecules are physically adsorbed into carbon micropores.
Odorless, ultra-dry Class 1 oil-free compressed air is delivered to terminal production equipment.
Activated carbon will reach adsorption saturation after long-term operation. This filter element cannot be cleaned, regenerated or reused; full replacement is required once saturated.
