Main Features
High-efficiency coalescing filtration medium
Multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber captures 0.01 μm tiny oil mist and fine dust particles, oil mist separation efficiency ≥99.99%, residual oil content of outlet air ≤0.01 ppm. The built-in hydrophobic drainage layer accelerates condensed oil and water to flow down, effectively preventing liquid secondary atomization.
Sturdy sealed structure
Double-layer stainless steel perforated support mesh avoids medium collapse under long-term airflow impact. Integrated EPDM rubber gaskets at both ends realize full sealing to prevent unfiltered air bypass leakage. Reinforced plastic end caps resist vibration for 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
Energy-saving stable performance
Low initial pressure drop reduces air compressor power consumption. Standard service life reaches 2000 running hours, replace the filter element when differential pressure rises to 0.05 MPa. Stable operation at 1°C~80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.
Simple maintenance
