Adsorption performance

High-density food-grade granular activated carbon medium thoroughly adsorbs residual oil vapor, hydrocarbon volatile gas and peculiar smell after coalescing filtration.

Stable anti-deformation structure

Inner and outer stainless steel perforated support mesh prevents carbon medium powder leakage under airflow impact. Double integrated EPDM rubber gaskets form full sealing to avoid bypass of unfiltered air. Reinforced plastic end caps resist pressure fluctuation shock of CNC pneumatic pipelines.

Low energy loss & fixed service cycle

Low initial pressure drop will not increase machine air supply load. Standard service life reaches 2000 running hours; replace immediately when differential pressure hits 0.06 MPa. It stably operates under temperature range 1°C~65°C and max working pressure 12 barHEIDENHAIN.

Simple maintenance

Vertical plug-in installation, fast replacement without professional tools. Disposable filter, cannot be cleaned or blown for reuse; must be replaced together with front pre-filter and fine coalescing filter to extend service life.

Main Applications
