Main Features

Medium-efficiency coalescing filter media

Adopts composite gradient glass fiber material, intercepts solid particles above 1μm and bulk liquid oil & water droplets, liquid separation efficiency reaches 99%, outlet residual oil ≤0.5 ppm. The internal hydrophobic drainage layer quickly discharges condensed liquid and avoids secondary atomization of oil and water.

Durable sealed construction

Dual-layer stainless steel perforated mesh supports filter media to prevent deformation under long-term airflow impact. Integrated EPDM rubber gaskets on both ends eliminate air bypass leakage. Reinforced plastic end caps withstand vibration for 24-hour uninterrupted workshop operation.

Stable energy-saving performance

Low initial pressure drop cuts compressor power loss. Standard service life is 2000 working hours; replace the element when differential pressure hits 0.05 MPa. It works steadily within 1°C~80°C, max working pressure 16 bar.

Easy maintenance

Standard cylindrical plug-in design for quick disassembly without special tools. It is disposable and cannot be cleaned for repeated use.

Suitable for general mechanical processing, ordinary pneumatic tools, textile machinery, medium-precision spraying and packaging automation lines.
