Key Product Advantages
Final polishing stage to achieve Class 0 oil-free, odorless compressed air
Installed after E46KE ultrafine coalescing filter, E46KA adsorbs all remaining gaseous oil vapors that glass fiber coalescers cannot capture. It eliminates lubricant odor and trace hydrocarbons, protecting high-sensitivity downstream processes.
High-capacity coconut shell activated carbon with long adsorption service life
High specific surface area carbon granules provide massive adsorption capacity for oil vapors. Double-layer microfiber barriers contain carbon dust and prevent fine carbon particles from contaminating production pipelines.
Strict humidity & temperature compatible design to avoid carbon hydrolysis
Media structure resists mild condensate exposure; system requires upstream refrigerated/adsorption dryer to control inlet humidity below 60% RH to prevent premature carbon saturation and performance decay.
Anti-static full plastic framework eliminates explosion hazard in oil-air mixed environment
Conductive plastic cage dissipates static charge generated by high-speed air flow and carbon particle friction, removing fire risks in painting, chemical and food processing workshops.
Bayonet plug-and-play maintenance design for fast single-person replacement
No tools required; fully vent filter housing pressure, unlock top bayonet cap, extract old cartridge and install new unit within 1 minute, minimizing production downtime.
Adsorption Working Principle
Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air from E46KE ultrafine coalescer flows into the outer cage of E46KA.
Trace gaseous oil vapors, hydrocarbon molecules and odor compounds are captured via physical adsorption on the microporous surface of activated carbon granules.
Purified oil-vapor-free air passes through the inner barrier layer and flows out to terminal production equipment.
After long-term service, carbon micropores become fully saturated with oil vapors; adsorption efficiency drops sharply and differential pressure rises, requiring full cartridge replacement
Application Scope
Automotive electrostatic paint workshops, precision electronic component cleanrooms, cosmetic & pharmaceutical aseptic filling lines, food sterile packaging production, laboratory high-purity instrument gas supply, medical breathing air pretreatment, laser cutting ultra-clean air stations.
