High-temperature fully cured borosilicate glass fiber maintains complete structural integrity under sustained 80°C operating temperature without softening, pulverization or fiber shedding. No glass fiber debris enters large-bore industrial piping to block heavy spray manifolds, industrial laser optical lenses and large proportional process control solenoid valves.

Low permanent differential pressure energy-saving design to reduce power consumption of main air compressors

Uniform ultra-wide gradient pleat layout delivers minimal airflow resistance throughout the full service cycle even under full maximum rated flow capacity. Working Principle

High-volume pre-dried compressed air flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inner central core:

Large water droplets and coarse solid impurities are trapped by the outer thick hydrophobic foam and drain down to the large filter bowl drain port via gravity.

1μm oil-water micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large separable liquid droplets while passing through multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber media.

The outer integrated anti-re-entrainment foam barrier prevents separated oil and condensate from being re-carried by high-speed ultra-large-volume industrial compressed airflow.

Collected oil and condensate are automatically discharged via heavy-duty industrial electronic zero-loss drain valve.
