Multi-layer extra deep-pleated imported HV borosilicate gradient microglass composite media, outer integrated thick hydrophobic & oleophobic PU drainage foam. Built-in liquid diversion anti-re-entrainment barrier prevents separated liquid oil and water from being re-carried by ultra-high-speed large-volume industrial airflow.

Proprietary extra deep-fold microglass matrix stores huge volume of oil sludge, carbon deposits, pipeline rust and solid dust without rapid pressure rise, perfectly matching non-stop round-the-clock heavy-duty production for large manufacturing plants. Outer high-performance white hydrophobic foam rapidly drains all separated liquid to the filter bottom drain port and minimizes oil re-entrainment risk in turbulent large airflow.

Heat-stabilized glass fiber media eliminates fiber shedding and full-system pipeline contamination

High-temperature fully cured borosilicate microglass media maintains complete structural integrity under sustained 80°C operating temperature without softening, pulverization or fiber shedding. Zero glass fiber debris enters large-bore industrial piping to block heavy spray manifolds, industrial laser optical lenses and large proportional process control solenoid valves.

Low permanent differential pressure energy-saving design to reduce main air compressor power consumption

Uniform ultra-wide gradient pleat layout delivers minimal airflow resistance over the full service cycle even under full rated maximum flow capacity. Stable low backpressure reduces continuous motor loading of large industrial screw air compressors and significantly lowers long-term factory electricity operating costs.

Working Principle

Large-volume pre-dried compressed air flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inside central core:

Large water droplets and coarse solid impurities are trapped by outer thick white hydrophobic foam and drain down to the large filter bowl drain port by gravity.

1μm oil-water micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large separable liquid droplets while passing through multi-layer gradient borosilicate microglass media.

Outer integrated anti-re-entrainment foam barrier prevents separated liquid oil and water from being re-carried by high-speed large-volume industrial compressed airflow.

Collected oil and condensate are automatically discharged via heavy-duty industrial electronic zero-loss drain valve.

Medium-clean air with residual liquid oil ≤0.3 mg/m³ flows downstream to E1160XA ultrafine coalescing filter for secondary high-precision polishing purification.
