Outer hydrophobic foam rapidly drains condensed liquid to filter bowl and avoids oil re-entrainment under turbulent high airflow.
Zero fiber & carbon powder shedding to avoid full-system pipeline pollution
High-temperature cured borosilicate glass fiber will not pulverize or shed debris; fully sealed carbon core prevents carbon powder from flowing into large-bore industrial pipelines, protecting heavy spray manifolds, industrial laser lenses and large proportional control valves.
Working Principle
Large-volume pre-dried compressed air flows through the integrated cartridge from outside to inside:
Large water droplets and coarse solid impurities are trapped by outer white hydrophobic foam and drain down to the filter bowl by gravity.
1μm oil-water micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large separable liquid droplets while passing through outer gradient borosilicate glass fiber media.
Dry air enters the inner encapsulated activated carbon core; most gaseous oil vapor and odor molecules are adsorbed on carbon micropores.
Outer anti-re-entrainment foam barrier prevents separated liquid oil/water from being re-carried by ultra-high-speed large-volume industrial airflow.
Medium-clean air with low residual oil vapor flows downstream to E1160XA ultrafine coalescer for secondary high-precision polishing purification.
