High-temperature fully cured borosilicate microglass maintains complete structural integrity under sustained 80°C operating temperature without softening, pulverization or fiber shedding. Zero glass fiber debris enters industrial piping to block spray guns, industrial laser optical lenses and proportional process control solenoid valves.

Working Principle
Medium-volume pre-dried compressed air flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inside central core:
Large water droplets and coarse solid impurities are trapped by outer hydrophobic foam and drain down to the filter bowl drain port by gravity.
0.01μm oil-water micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large separable liquid droplets while passing through multi-layer gradient borosilicate microglass media.
Outer integrated anti-re-entrainment foam barrier prevents separated liquid oil and water from being re-carried by high-speed medium-volume industrial compressed airflow.
Collected oil and condensate are automatically discharged via industrial electronic zero-loss drain valve.
Ultra-clean air with residual liquid oil ≤0.008 mg/m³ flows downstream to MKO-2700-A activated carbon filter for secondary gaseous oil vapor & odor removal purification.
