Multi-layer composite adsorption medium
Front 0.01μm borosilicate microfiber coalescing layer intercepts residual micro oil mist and fine solid particles. The built-in high-capacity activated carbon bed thoroughly adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon substances and peculiar odors that cannot be eliminated by coalescing filters. Internal anti-carbon-dust isolation fleece prevents carbon powder from entering downstream pipelines, fully complying with ISO 8573-1 Class 0 ultra-clean compressed air standard.
Dual stainless steel reinforced fully sealed structure
Inner and outer 304 stainless steel perforated support sleeves lock composite filter media tightly, avoiding medium deformation, collapse and carbon leakage under long-term airflow impact. Integrated aluminum threaded end caps with dual NBR sealing rings completely eliminate air bypass leakage, with stable resistance to compressor oil, condensate and mild industrial chemicals.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Optimized radial inside-to-outside airflow structure maximizes effective adsorption area, maintaining ultra-low initial pressure loss during continuous operation.
