Key Product Features
Low initial pressure drop to save energy
Deep-pleated glass fiber maximizes effective filtration area and optimizes internal airflow channels to reduce turbulence. It maintains stable low pressure loss under 24/7 continuous full-load operation, cutting extra power consumption of air compressors and lowering factory long-term operation costs.
Large dirt and liquid storage capacity
Gradient depth fiber matrix holds a large amount of coalesced lubricant oil, condensed water and metal sludge. Maintenance cycles are significantly prolonged to reduce production downtime caused by frequent filter replacement.
Reinforced anti-deformation structure
Dual anti-rust metal mesh withstands high-speed turbulent airflow inside filter housing, preventing filter medium bulging, rupture and fiber shedding, so as to avoid secondary contamination of clean compressed air.
Working Principle
Raw untreated compressed air enters the cartridge through the outer metal protective mesh. The outer coarse fiber layer traps large solid particles, liquid water and bulky oil droplets. Coarse oil mist coalesces into heavy liquid condensate, sinks to the bottom of filter housing and drains automatically via float drain. Primarily cleaned compressed air flows to E-B-28 high efficiency coalescing filter for further trace oil mist removal.
Application & Industries
First-stage protective pre-filter for medium-flow industrial compressed air post-processing systems, installed upstream of precision coalescing filters and refrigerated dryers.
Widely used in machinery manufacturing, auto workshops, packaging & printing factories, textile plants, industrial spraying, pneumatic tool stations, food processing, laser cutting and centralized factory compressed air stations.
