Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by primary pre-filter enters the cartridge from the outer metal protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium intercepts 0.01μm oil mist aerosols and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide and aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down the inner wall of the cartridge by gravity and drain automatically via the housing float drain port. Ultra-clean low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
