It delivers near oil-free dry compressed air and greatly reduces contamination load to extend service life of downstream 060ACS activated carbon vapor removal elements.

Working Principle

Compressed air pre-treated by 060AO coarse filter enters the cartridge from the outer stainless steel protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium intercepts 0.01μm oil mist aerosols and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide and aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down cartridge inner wall by gravity and drain automatically via housing float drain port. Ultra-clean low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional 060ACS activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
