Working Principle

Raw unpurified compressed air flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:

Outer red foam layer captures bulk liquid water and large solid impurities;

All solid particles larger than 1μm are trapped and stored inside gradient glass fiber media;

Coarse oil & water aerosols coalesce into large liquid drops and drain to filter bowl by gravity;

Pre-cleaned low-contamination compressed air flows downstream to HE high efficiency coalescing filter for precision oil removal treatment.
