Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by Grade R and Grade M filters flows into the cartridge from the outer glass fiber layer. The multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles; tiny oil droplets continuously collide and coalesce into large liquid condensate, which sinks to the filter housing bottom and drains automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air is then delivered to activated carbon filters or high-precision terminal production equipment.
