Impact-resistant Reinforced Support Frame
Dual anti-corrosion plastic cages withstand high-speed airflow impact, preventing media collapse, deformation and fiber shedding to avoid secondary fiber contamination of clean compressed air.
Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by Grade P and Grade G filters enters the cartridge through the outer plastic protective frame. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles; tiny oil droplets collide and coalesce into large liquid condensate, which sinks to the bottom of filter housing and drains automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air is delivered to activated carbon filters or high-precision production equipment.
