Ultra-high precision multi-layer glass fiber media

Adopts gradient borosilicate micro glass fiber, filtration precision up to 0.01μm. Captures micro oil mist, fine dust and water droplets, oil removal efficiency ≥99.99%, residual oil in outlet air ≤0.01ppm. Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer avoids secondary atomization of liquid pollutants.

Reinforced anti-deformation sealing structure

Double-layer stainless steel perforated inner and outer support mesh prevents filter media collapse under long-term airflow impact. Integrated EPDM rubber sealing end caps realize full sealing to avoid air bypass leakage. Standard threaded plug-in structure, stable operation at 1–80°C, max working pressure 16 bar.
