Working Principle
Dust-free pre-filtered compressed air flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:
Solid particles larger than 1μm are trapped and stored inside the gradient glass fiber matrix;
Micro oil & water aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets across multi-layer glass fiber media;
Outer blue anti-re-entrainment foam sleeve stops coalesced liquid droplets from being re-carried by high-speed airflow;
Condensed oil and water drain down to the filter bowl by gravity;
Ultra-dry, ultra-low-oil compressed air is delivered to the subsequent QD activated carbon filter for deodorization and oil vapor removal.
