Ultra-precise oil removal filtration

Adopts multi-layer gradient borosilicate micro glass fiber media with 0.01μm filtration precision. It captures micro oil mist, fine dust and liquid water droplets, achieving 99.99% oil mist separation efficiency and outlet residual oil content ≤0.01ppm. Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer quickly discharges condensed oil and water to prevent secondary atomization.

Stable sealed pressure-resistant structure

Double-layer stainless steel perforated inner and outer support mesh prevents filter medium collapse under long-term airflow impact. Integrated EPDM double O-ring end caps fully seal the element to avoid bypass leakage of unfiltered air. Stable operating temperature ranges from 1°C to 80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.

Energy-saving low pressure drop & long service life

Large folded filtration area delivers ultra-low initial pressure drop to reduce air compressor power consumption. Standard service life is 3000–6000 working hours. Replace the element once differential pressure reaches 0.05MPa.
