Working Principle
Raw compressed air pre-treated by general pre-filter enters the cartridge from outer metal protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium intercepts 0.01μm oil mist aerosols and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide, aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down cartridge inner wall by gravity and drain automatically via housing drain port. Ultra-clean low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
