Working Principle
Raw compressed air pre-treated by DD coarse filter enters the UD cartridge from outer stainless steel protective mesh. Multi-layer nano glass fiber medium intercepts 0.001μm ultra-fine oil mist and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide, aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down cartridge inner wall by gravity and drain automatically via housing drain port. Ultra-clean, low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional QD activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
