Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Reinforced Support Cage
Dual stainless steel mesh cages withstand strong high-speed airflow impact under heavy industrial conditions. It prevents media collapse, deformation and fiber shedding to avoid secondary contamination of clean compressed air.
Working Principle
Raw unprocessed compressed air flows into the cartridge through the outer stainless steel protective mesh. The outer coarse fiber layer traps large solid particles, liquid water and bulky oil droplets. Coarse oil mist coalesces into heavy liquid condensate, which sinks to the filter housing bottom and drains automatically via the drain port. Pre-cleaned compressed air flows forward to the H-grade superfine coalescing filter for further trace oil mist treatment.
