Main Features
1μm multi-layer gradient glass fiber filter media
Standard general pre-filter grade, filtration precision 1μm. It intercepts solid particles, bulk liquid water and large oil droplets in raw compressed air, liquid separation efficiency reaches 99%, residual oil content of outlet air ≤0.1ppm. Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer quickly discharges condensed liquid to prevent secondary atomization of oil and water mist.
Reinforced fully sealed threaded structure
Integrated black plastic threaded end cap with built-in EPDM sealing ring to eliminate bypass leakage of unfiltered air. Internal metal support frame avoids filter medium deformation under long-term airflow impact. Stable operating temperature: 1–80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.
Low pressure drop & long service cycle
Optimized deep pleated structure expands total filtration area to keep ultra-low initial pressure drop, reducing compressor power consumption. Standard service life is 3000–6000 working hours; replace the element once differential pressure rises to 0.05MPa.
