It delivers near oil-free compressed air and protects downstream activated carbon filters from rapid saturation to extend their service cycle.

Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by Grade S and Grade G filters flows into the element from the outer surface. The multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles, which collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets. The liquid droplets sink to the bottom drain port of the filter housing by gravity and are automatically discharged. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air flows to activated carbon filters or high-standard terminal production equipment.
