Working Principle
Unpurified compressed air flows into the element from the outer surface. The outer coarse fiber layer intercepts large water droplets and oil droplets; inner micro glass fiber captures 0.1 μm submicron oil mist, which collides and coalesces into large liquid droplets. The liquid droplets sink to the bottom drain port of the filter housing by gravity and are automatically discharged. Oil-removed compressed air flows to downstream ultra-precision filtration equipment for further purification.
