Key Product Features
High-flow efficient impurity interception
Large pleated filtration area adapts to large oil circulation volume of medium & large compressors. Fully intercepts metal wear debris, carbon sludge, oil oxidation sediment and pipeline dust, effectively protecting screw rotor, bearings and oil cooler from abrasion and blockage, extending main unit service life.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Uniformly folded graded filter paper ensures smooth lubricant circulation, maintains stable low flow resistance under full-load continuous operation, avoids insufficient oil supply and high power loss caused by filter clogging.
Large dirt holding capacity
Deep-depth folded structure stores massive solid pollutants, prolongs maintenance cycle and reduces replacement frequency.
Double safety valve design
Built-in anti-drain back valve prevents dry start wear when the compressor is shut down; bypass valve automatically opens under excessive clogging pressure to guarantee uninterrupted lubrication and avoid main unit burnout.
Thickened anti-corrosion metal shell & reinforced inner support
Integral galvanized steel housing and perforated metal inner core resist high oil pressure fluctuation, prevent filter collapse, rupture and oil leakage risk.
Working Principle
Compressor lubricating oil flows into the filter from the central threaded inlet. Solid impurities in oil are trapped by composite filter paper; clean oil flows outward to lubricate and cool the airend, then circulates back to the oil tank to form a closed lubrication loop. When the filter element is heavily clogged, the built-in bypass valve opens to maintain oil supply safety.
Application & Industries
Widely used in machinery manufacturing, automotive spraying, food & pharmaceutical processing, packaging, textile, centralized factory air supply and large workshop pneumatic equipment systems.
