High-precision microglass fiberglass media

0.3μm ultra-fine glass fiber coalescing material traps oil mist efficiently, oil separation efficiency ≥99.9%, residual oil content of outlet compressed air ≤3ppm, stable low oil consumption for air compressors.

Anti-collapse reinforced structure

Double-layer perforated metal inner & outer support mesh prevents filter medium deformation under long-term internal pressure fluctuation. Integrated thick composite sealing gasket realizes full airtight sealing to avoid oil bypass leakage.

Stable long service life

Standard service cycle reaches 4000 running hours; replace when differential pressure exceeds 0.08MPa. Continuous working temperature range 60~110°C, resistant to high-temperature compressor lubricant oil.

Integrated cylindrical design

Direct built-in installation inside compressor air storage tank, easy disassembly without complex tools; disposable element, cannot be cleaned for repeated use.
