Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by AO/AR coarse filter enters the cartridge from the outer stainless steel protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium intercepts 0.01μm oil mist aerosols and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide and aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down cartridge inner wall by gravity and drain automatically via housing drain port. Ultra-clean low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional ACS activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
