Ultra-Fine Submicron Oil Mist Deep Removal

Must be installed downstream of FE130P (P Grade 1μm pre-filter). This white coalescing cartridge captures invisible trace submicron oil aerosols and tiny residual condensed water droplets that coarse pre-filters cannot fully intercept. It delivers nearly oil-free compressed air and drastically reduces contaminant load to extend the service life of downstream FE130A activated carbon elements.

Low Initial Differential Pressure & Energy Saving

Deep-pleated proprietary glass fiber media maximizes effective filtration surface area. Optimized smooth internal flow channels eliminate air turbulence, maintaining stable low airflow resistance under 24/7 full-load continuous operation, cutting extra power consumption of air compressors and long-term factory operating costs.

Large Dirt & Oil Holding Capacity

Thick gradient glass fiber matrix stores massive coalesced lubricant oil, condensed water and metal wear debris, greatly extending maintenance intervals and minimizing production downtime during element replacement.

Heavy-Duty Anti-Deformation Reinforcement Cage

Dual metal mesh cages withstand violent high-speed turbulent airflow inside filter housing, preventing media bulging, rupture and fiber shedding to eliminate secondary contamination of downstream precision terminal equipment.

Working Principle

Raw compressed air pre-treated by FE130P coarse filter enters the cartridge from the outer metal protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium intercepts 0.01μm oil mist aerosols and solid particles. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide, aggregate into large liquid oil beads, flow down cartridge inner wall by gravity and drain automatically via housing drain port. Ultra-clean low-residual-oil compressed air flows forward to optional FE130A activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
